RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All earrings are final sales. We do not process cash refunds. We take pride in the quality of our products, however, if something happens to your order within 30 days of your purchase, inquires will be accepted and I will gladly remake you a new pair of the same style or give you store credit. Exchanges as a result of damage will be honored if you contact us within 30 days of receiving product.

Once an order is sent out to the post office, we are no longer responsible for that order and you must contact USPS directly for any lost or stolen packages. We are not obligated to give you store credit in the case of a lost or stolen package. If you require additional insurance, please contact us before making your order.

SHIPPING

Orders will usually ship within 4-6 business days of receiving payment. Made-to-order or custom items will be shipped between 6-10 days of purchase. U.S. Orders below 13oz will ship USPS First Class. All orders include tracking.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

Since all earrings are UNIQUE and ONE OF A KIND, your order may look different than it looks on the pictures. If your order is not to your liking or is not what you expected, please contact us and let us know your concern. We want you to be happy, but we cannot guarantee a cash refund based on cosmetic preferences. We reserve the right to deny your return or exchange request.
